  • Throughout the year, we were already there, yesterday we enjoyed the new year's Eve menu. Here, high-quality cuisine is offered both the food and the drinks. The operators know their product range, can offer the right, excellent wines to the respective court and know about their products. Very loving and yet with a certain claim for dining and drinking culture. The food itself was always great. Of course something like that is just slightly more expensive. The prices are more than reasonable quality. Cheap people can like to in the fries Shack, but here is the ratio of fine quality of products, art of the chef and especially competence of operators. Here, food as art are celebrated and don't forget the culture behind it. Also for friends of the gins, there are some premium Gin with the respective tonic. Local fires. As a whole, much attention is paid to regionalism. The ambience with the views from the glass dome direction fortress Ehrenbreitstein, but also in the summer outside, where can then also fed and drunk, is epic. So nothing for cheapskates, but for people who know to appreciate art and culture in food and processing. One of Koblenz' finest.

  • under the historic dome roof sitting on the Rhine ships and the Fort with Outlook. nice service we have give up individually the meal options. A small but careful kitchen with striking creative combinations. Prepared fresh. Especially the mango sour cream and the chicken saltimbocca has pleased me.

  • Great service, great food. In the summer is out eaten - if necessary take jacket. When it's cooler, it sits up in the dome - great views.
