  • If you are arriving by train in Koblenz, this Fort is the first (but not the best), you will see in the city. Now I know that there is a Museum and can be visited, but then, from the station, I saw the poluzabrošennoe fortification, which was not eager to visit. It was named in honor of Grand Duke Konstantin Pavlovich, the brother of Emperor Alexander I.

  • On a nearby hill in Koblenz, the sprawling complex extends Fort Grand Duke Konstantin. It was formerly part of the town fortifications. It was built in 1827 and was given the name of the Tsar brother Konstantin Pavlovich. She is to visit only by appointment with a guide.

  • It is true that he ny may be not big thing to see inside, but especially the visit to discover a strong one-dimensional impressive with a magnificent on Koblenz. Restaurant and bar within the fort which allows you to have a good time. You can combine for €11 the entrance to the fort and the ascent by cable car.
