  • Spent a great day there. Very interesting story and great shows. I recommend the rock-face path to walk, so that you can see the complete. Trouble is given too scary for children and they have to solve their fun in the form of riddles.

  • Take the teleferico and visit the fortress. The views of the city of Koblenz and Deustch Eck generates beautiful photos. The fortress has exhibitions and a bar. Our teenagers loved the ice cream

  • This place is huge! Half of it was closed while I visited, but it took two hours to walk the grounds and the exhibits that were open. Beautifully maintained with amazing views. If you don't read German, rent the English audio tour or you won't know what you are looking at for most of it. Hours for the museum are different from that of the fortress.
  • Fantastic View over Koblenz. Great historic Story with a superb exhibition
  • The fort here is one of only a handful of significant fortifications in Germany to have survived. The well maintained maze of corridors and intimidating walls is worth visiting to experience the dark and dramatic remnants of the last major fortification period before modern warfare rendered them obsolete. The fort also offers excellent views of the city and Rhine valley.
  • Fantastic setup, very interesting and great fun too look around and discover all the different passageways of the fortress and learn about its history. On top of that, a spectacular view of the rivers. The staff were very professional and friendly.
  • Very old fort and beautifully maintained. Cable car to reach the place is awsm and surrounding is picturesque.
