  • The Museum of natural history in Karlsruhe, Germany has gained even more importance with the opening of the new West Wing and all permanent exhibition (largest natural coral reef in Germany) and the special. Absolutely recommended for young and old!

  • This is no bad Museum for Karlsruhe, but it is very small, compared with the Berlin.

  • After his conversion the natural history museum is brighter and more pleasant the visitors in Karlsruhe. The exhibits seem to be sorted for different ages. For the children in the preschool and the lower classes of the elementary school the exhibition of stuffed animals of native forest ansprechnd enough for the older the vivarium with aquariums and terrariums. The permanent exhibition is highly interesting for older students and adults "form and function - model nature", which shows many examples, developed which is already developed techniques of the people of nature and the technicians were in many cases. The current special exhibition "Wolves" is highly informative, but because of the many, long texts only for adults. Anyway, the Museum of natural history in Karlsruhe is a rewarding destination any time now, especially in bad weather, with and without children.

  • Is somewhat tucked away in a backyard. The Museum is well equipped: with motorcycles, bicycles, cars and model railways. Only downside: open only on Sunday morning from 10 am to 1 pm.
