Karlsruhe Pyramid, Karlsruhe

(2/5 based on 140+ reviews on the web)
A red sandstone pyramid, Karlsruhe Pyramid is considered a symbol of the city--not to mention a great meeting place if you and fellow travelers split up. The pyramid was built in 1923 exactly where the tomb of the city’s founder, Margave Charles III William, had been in the city’s demolished church. Karlsruhe’s foundation stone is also inside the pyramid. Arrange your visit to Karlsruhe Pyramid and discover more family-friendly attractions in Karlsruhe using our Karlsruhe vacation route planner.

  • The pyramid because of the subway construction was not accessible in the summer, this time now also the stones were down, you could see even a framework through the Buazaun

  • This part of Karlsruhe, please it - market place and also pyramid - moment Shun a single construction site!

  • The pyramid is so small, it's really unnoticeable. Add to that the fact that it is totally covered due to the current renovations in the city center and it is really not worth your time.

  • The hookahs are really good and you get what is now granted for a good Shishaladen at fresh coal. The Interior is decorated with beautiful pillars Arabic but I find the pads are changed times very upset they're...

  • In the pyramid, the hookah is good, the selection of drinks for a hookah bar also very sufficient. The atmosphere is that what the name promises also: very Oriental decorated with shisha and tea or cocktail - perfect Arabic/Oriental ambience for those who like it. Because I'm too spoiled (coming from a corner with perceived 50 shisha bars), that should be an or else even the Oriental fashion be adapted and updated. But otherwise I would go again if I'm in KA - I can recommend, and the staff is also very friendly.
