  • The tickets were just a few euros - if you don't read German be sure to borrow the recorder (but they will want your car keys as collateral). Getting the headset was well worth it - otherwise we would...  more »
  • If you are interested in medieval architecture - this place is definitely a "must go"! Church and Kreuzgang are still very much intact,the gardens and outside landscaping should be wonderful in summer...  more »
  • The cloister in Jerichow is a very nice place to visit. It is tranquil and with a nice garden too. Enough to see for an hour or two. No guided tours, but there is an audio tour. You can wander around ...  more »

  • Had a great few hours here. Interesting museum and grounds
  • Small monastery grounds. Has a small museum and every year a beautiful Christmas market. It is the oldest brick monastery in the area.

  • The monastery directly on the Elbe lowlands gives a good impression, as it was from the Middle Ages up to the Communist era. The culinary part of the souvenir shop of the monastery is very recommended.
