  • No matter what time of the year, who would like to take a trip with a toddler, is right here. The greenhouses are great especially in the winter, the grounds are beautiful in any other season — there is to discover more than one might think at first glance of this seemingly manageable garden.

  • We were already here. Enjoy the garden or discover something new. Redwoods, Bromeliad, the whole outside area not only in the Sommer...uns like it again and again. Admission price is moderate. Tip: plant exchanges children birthday party in the large greenhouse with outdoor action (5): search listen the rising waters for hidden amphibians, archery, to the giant Sequoia, hide carnivorous plants, nuts and try wiederzufinden...die kids were excited and we also

  • A stroll through the Botanical Garden and its greenhouses is beautiful in every season. Necessarily see one should be the Ginko tree planting have been even Goethe himself. One does not see the pipes crust usually it stops but at dusk. And there are frogs – no birds actually.

  • Good location, you can buy little flowers sometimes... Low entry fee Sometimes nice events. If you in Jena, you should visit at least one time
  • Very beautiful garden with versatile tropical House and Piranha pool. Fair admission.

  • Really very beautiful botanical garden, unfortunately not for all Jena students admission is free! The Ernst-Abbe college students have to pay admission.

  • The Botanical Garden of Jena have really succeeded. Groomed, not too expensive, and every season worth a look. Also larger than you expected from outside first of all. Also, the summer festival of the University, which will take place for parts in the Botanical Garden is very recommended.

  • Definitely worth seeing and good for a few great photos, but to also just for sitting in between, in the once green. For Jena students free of charge, here you can learn well.
