Categories: Tourist Spots, Auto Race Tracks
Inspirock Rating:
4.4/5 based on 160 reviews on the web
Host to the German Grand Prix, Hockenheimring is a motor circuit that seats more than 120,000 spectators in grandstands installed by Mercedes-Benz. Before 2002, the track was significantly longer, but the millennium saw a refurbishment that shortened it and added tighter corners. Many races are held outside of the Grand Prix, so check the track schedule on the attraction's website. • Fantastic track with fast and technical sections. Good run off areas in case of mistakes. Only downside are the old and out dated boxes.
  • Pretty cool event. And of course nice to see the Track in real :)
  • awesome place watching live DTM here
  • This is a great race track. Good parking and a lot of things to do before the race.
  • Saw AC/DC here a couple of weeks ago. The venue was awful. Really badly organised, hard to get into the place and even harder to leave. One exit for 100,000 people, so still stuck in the stadium 3 hours after the gig had ended. They need to take a leaf from Donington, which can handle this amount of people safely.
  • Amazing!!
