  • We made a trip from Dresden to the baroque garden Grossedlitz, unfortunately on a Saturday. Here many couples celebrate their wedding, namely what is Yes, in itself not a bad idea. Unfortunately, there is only a medium-sized parking lot, nowhere has the onslaught of weddings. So, the companies hired yet the opposite the car park meadows. And we had left so that we found no parking far and wide. In the g e s a m e n t place all around can be found probably for this reason only residents parking. When we found a supposedly free parking, we were immediately driven by local residents, she wanted to even get the police. So we finally parked outside of the village on the highway and ran back about 1 KM to the town (and later back again). Finally, we could enter the garden. So yes, you can look at themselves, but there is not much available for high entry.

  • We were 7 years ago ever in the baroque garden and were pleased to see how beautiful everything was already prepared. Know the Park still totally wild. Last weekend the weather was awesome and we thought let's see again. First on the site and immediately shocked: € 5 entry (the last time still €2). But as we read that the historic Fountain since June again was commissioned, we thought: OK, sure much money cost, are the €5 to get over. Upon arrival is the next shock: The parking lot is now paying. When only €1.50, but where nevertheless fairly high admission I was expecting that is parking included. Entrance solved, strange comment to the dog about us endure and off you go. Well, where are the many orange trees? It is only the 14th October and the Park is open but until October 31... Ah, you brought them in the Orangery. This is of course not accessible, so the sapling "get no cold feet". The flowerbeds were also have almost all been cleared away, but only outside the Cafe you has left another. But the biggest disappointment was the advertised renovated fountain. Just like we you see today, saw them already from 7 years ago. The large main fountain is planted with grass! A few Brook lap away, but we had it 7 years ago even at much lower entrance. "Gastronomy", I must have nothing more to add, €3,50 for a piece Eierschecke simply impertinence. Conclusion: We were us deducted. Was not the fantastic weather, I would have put back in the parking lot equal to the reverse gear.

  • We had imagined more of the baroque garden. Maybe it was the weather (very windy and cloudy). Anyway, the system was unconvincing me at all. The acclaimed lounge chairs to the relax there continued only in the Orangery and there nothing more than the history of the garden. I think there you can make more. and at the refreshment in the restaurant & café in the baroque garden, we saw a bust. The price performance ratio is not true at all. The equipment fits not respectively. for us Niveaulos the hand dryer in the men's toilet area broken. We wondered that we were the only guests
