  • We have duly raised the average age with our two children, 10 and 12. The Zoo is beautifully arranged throughout, manageable, familiar. There are feeds at fixed times and you can book various actions for birthdays etc. We had a nice afternoon, but the large playground is designed for up to 8 years I would say - nothing for us. Right next to the Zoo, there are two car parks, on which there is 20% discount at checkout. Our highlight was the waffle bake - the children buy the portioned dough and go even as work. And of course the monkeys. A nice way to spend the afternoon, but as I said rather for the smaller kids.

  • The Heidelberg Zoo really is a beautifully landscaped Zoo. Children will enjoy their bright and the Zoo offers a lot of adults too. In addition to a variety of different animals, there is also a huge playground with a very large ship of climbing. The playground offers for very small to large children enough opportunities to play. Only the supply of food could be a bit more varied. Unfortunately, there is only the classics: French fries or sausage. The zoo itself is very green and provides a great space to the stroll and observe animals.
