Holiday Park, Hassloch

(3.1/5 based on 170+ reviews on the web)
One of the most popular amusement parks in Germany, Holiday Park features an antique merry go-round, storm ship, roaring river, free-fall tower, and much more. Thrill-seekers shouldn't miss the BigFM Expedition GeForce rollercoaster, which reaches a top speed of 120 km/h (75 mph) and has received several awards. When you first arrive, check the schedule for the live water show; you'll want to arrive early to get a good seat--but stay clear of the first 10 rows if you want to stay dry. Food outlets include barbeque, schnitzelhaus, and ice cream stands. Using our world travel planner, Hassloch attractions like Holiday Park can form part of a personalized travel itinerary.

  • Holiday Park Plopsa is a beautiful park throughout with a theme treated as in all Plopsa parks. However, sorely missing "family" amusement. Most are accessible only from 1 m 20 it makes the visit complicated with young children... Strong points: Expedition GeForce, one of the best mountains Russian Europe, Sky Scream rollercoaster sensational with a scary theme, downhill log that wet Mayaland beautifully decorated, well, new area beach. Low points: Castle Fankelstein old and useless, Raft Ride that wets too little... In dire need of a family rollercoaster.

  • Worth the money. I've been there numerous of times and still have fun. The best is to go with friends or family. And another advice would be to bring your own food as food bought directly from the park can end up expensive..
  • Went here as kids... Many great..fun memories. Truly exceptional amusement park.
  • GeForce is the best!! Worth to try once.
  • A great place to have fun. It's a part of the region for a long time now. New attractions has been introduced and it's a big fun for every age. Check out the Halloween 🎃 specials. The only downturn, and that is the reason why it's not 5 stars, is the price. 6 Euro (March 2016) for the parking lot plus the quite high entrance fee is a bit much. Only a very few option for vegans and vegetarians inside. All in all, if the high price doesn't matter to you, you'll have plenty of fun and laughter.
  • Very nice Park with fun attractions. The biggest downside were the People Smoking. It Wall really annoying standing in the line and everyone before and behind you is Smoking. Food is expensive.
