  • One of the best places you can visit in this city of hannover. The access is fairly convenient from the city centre via tram. The entry price is 8 euros which includes full access or the a) gardens b) small museum and c) botanical gardens across the street (where the sea life is). So I would recommend visiting all 3 places. You can easily spend 2-3 hours even if you are just skimming through it. It’s peaceful, photogenic and serene place for sure.
  • Great place for photo sessions, relaxing walks or botanical documentation. The flowers are really pretty, even at the end of August. I recommend going there when it isn't very hot outside so you can make most of your visit.
  • Excellent place to visit. Perhaps the only improvement amongst the extensive surrounding grounds would be a playground for the kids as not much aimed at younger children. The gardens and trees and whole area was incredible though. Make sure you go between 10am - 12pm or after 14.00 when the impressive fountains are on.
  • One of the most beautiful gardens that I ever visited. Huge area very clean very artistically designed and planted. You cannot get bored from walking around it if you enjoy gardens. Some statutes are put around it in several areas. There are some activities at night too with bands and beers. They do fireworks in the summer but we missed the show unfortunately. Overall, you must see it if you're around. Also visit the reception there. Very nice pictures on the wall with deep meanings.
  • Nice & very large formal gardens on the outskirts of Hannover. If you have some time to spare or want to escape the city for a bit these are well worth a visit. There is a charge for entry but it's not huge and if you like plants and gardens it's worth while. The toilets ate fantastic and almost worth the entry price on their own.
