Seaside Promenade Reviews
Eine weitere schön e seebrücke an der ostsee. Nichts besonderes, aber schön anzusehen und schön entlang zu laufen, auf jedenfall einen spaziergang wert. Schöner ausblick aufs meer und auf den strand. more »Another beautiful e pier of the Baltic Sea. Nothing special, but nice to look at and nice way to run anyway worth a walk. Beautiful view on the sea and on the beach.
En av Rugens populära bryggor du inte får missa att beträda en härlig dag eller kväll. Strandpromenaden som du kommer till innan bryggan är mysig att promenar på o få lite havsluft att andas in. more »One of Rugens popular bridges you can't miss to tread a lovely day or evening. For money from the EU funding pot an inclined lift (a type of funicular) was built several years ago from the beach / Lake bridgehead from above located downtown, also older and especially fellow disabled the arduous and steep route over the terassenartig landscaped stairs or a steep road to spare. We were moved from Putbus by steam train to Göhren. On the shore and on the promenade a lot was offered on that day, live music, a performance of the local Association of costumes, many stalls with various food and a show program. Already on our arrival the modern lift fell on us and when we visited the toilet even before the planned ascent to the city (of course, you must pay back extra here despite guest card, because the tax applies only in the respective hostels to the) free toilet visit!), we saw the gondola again with passengers on the rail creep upward. When we arrived only 5 minutes later at the valley station of the elevator, the doors were locked. The ticket vending machine still worked, but by the funicular was nothing to see instead hung a piece of paper in the door, that it was out of service. Was that how long, but unfortunately not to refer to the text. Several passing residents (especially the beyond the 70 years) were very upset and expressed also humorous or derogatory remark, that "Thing has not come" or this system more "broken it as she would then work". Seemed to be anything broken, in the mountain station was to see staff and the cab drove up mehrach without people and without of public scrutiny and down again, then at the end to stay completely up. After we proposed 2 hours on the waiting bench outside the departure hall of the station had been hoping would doors are still open (we were after a long beach walk not more particularly good that day), we were disappointed in our hotel the way on. We saw nothing of the place, but it was amazing us Yes also pretty bad. Particularly fondly is us still remained, that the one day then visited place Sellin does have such a lift facility, also did not go the and was due to alleged maintenance out of service! There are quite a few such plants in the Alps, among others were here to call the funicular on the Kitzsteinhorn mountain or the inclined lift to the fortress, guests carrying tens of thousands in the year Kufstein and of which you never over such failures or hours technical problems has heard. Of course something may not work sometimes, but there the German TÜV and the annual revision, one of ropeways usually outside the main season performs, and not in the summer or winter if the visitors are booming and money in places should. I would like to also point out that we us while we were waiting, by phone at the Tourist Office of the municipality of spent and you knew there may be of the loss, but also could tell us exactly why and when the plant would run again. You should inform yourself and ask, the technicians were in use and alternative to the bus we were referenced (of course to significantly higher price than the single drive for the funicular. It was then still further, we should call again later, what we did and after an hour, but then only the band went ran because it was already in the evening (it was now after 15: 00) or wanted to save yourself a annoying questions and without further ADO the Anl age on the answering machine has switched to. I'm sorry, but if a resort, which wants to attract visitors from all over Germany and beyond with its day guests, this municipality not on bad reviews on the Internet have to wonder! And I advise all those who like to stay here to look very carefully and to ask what actually happened to their bed taxes / tax and which projects are funded. This funicular railway built with EU funding is a Schildbürger prank. You can read on the Internet site of the community that this vehicle was inaugurated only on 15 October 2015 and already two weeks after the inauguration (!) a part had to be replaced on 30 October, so that the system for the first time until 4 November 2015 except Operations began in September. This is real value work.
