  • We have visited the House in the framework of an excellent, in-depth guide, but also the current exhibition is recommended and at the weekend you can eat in the afternoon also lovingly baked cakes here. There were a few apples from the garden to free by the owner. This little gem is attention to detail and research will thoughtfully, resurrected and we can't thank enough for the owners and initiators! Gera has many featured villas, but this House is really terrific. Gera visit without House Schulenburg, as they would not have been in Gera... by the way you can also marry and events take place occasionally. Do not miss!

  • Which one visits such a House? This may be quite different: not everyone has studied architectural history. And yet anyone with an eye for aesthetics of this House and its increasingly more complete authentic facility will be thrilled. Also the time travel associated with the visit has its charm in the 20/30's 20.Jahrhunderts, being voyeur in a super luxury villa of an industrialist. We liked it. Thank you very much for the spontaneous lively guided tour the House, beautifully illuminated the efforts which were connected with the ongoing restoration and are.

  • During my first stay in Gera, I have the House Schulenburg by Henry van de Velde visited what is strongly recommended: Villa and exhibition offer an interesting insight into the turbulent history of this significant architecture, which was - restored at great expense and is again largely in its original state. The reception was very friendly! Who would like to see still more testimonies of architectural modernism, where the buildings by Thilo Schoder are recommended (a pupil of van de Velde), which are very numerous in the entire metropolitan area of Geras.
