  • I visited the Museum a few years ago. Let me start by saying that I'm a daytimes. vehicle mechanics. The Museum is well organized, full of unique pieces with a curated exhibition informational purposes relating to this particular mode of transport (born for working in agriculture in the immediate postwar years and transformed over time into a versatile all purpose). Very interesting and unique is the location, next to the Museum, to be taken aboard a UNIMOG overcoming particular passages (climbs and descents, over 100%, Ford, bumps, etc.). Exciting!

  • If you love those machines this place is for you. Well curated collection showing history and current state of the Unimog. Don't miss the guided tour in one of the Unimogs, not for the faint of heart ...  more »
  • The Museum is compact but this history and the technique that made a myth of UNIMOG. The highlight remains the Tower in the cabin of one of the vehicles of demonstration with the professional driver. My children (6 and 9 years old) loved this tour which lasts about 10 minutes, but were less interested by the Museum that has a lot of panels and text to read.
