Today's made a detour to the Selenite cave. Not known that there's something like this. But it is never too late to learn. Anyway, a journey, no, worth a visit. The guides are interesting and you will be told that you did so not know things. Category, worth seeing and absolutely affordable. There is incidentally no day of rest, 365 days open.

We visited during our holiday in Thuringia the Selenite cave on a rainy day. Exciting were the 1Stündigen lecture, unfortunately the visitors spoke constantly loud, so that part has been heard nothing. It resonates very much, unfortunately, the voices of the men have drowned out the voice of our leader. That the adults so ruthlessly behave, I don't understand. We had many children who dared not to go all the way forward and have thus heard and are quickly bored in our group. The lead lasted 1 hour, I found reasonable €14 for a family of 5. It is really very cold down, we came somewhat soaked from the rain and froze then after a very short time. Who in the surrounding holiday makes or passes can take quiet time for visiting the cave of Selenite, I feel not worth a long trip.

  • Lala cool
  • It went off so that first all loud in the galleries roaring had - welcome the mountain spirit as at the punch and Judy show. Similarly he approached's continue inside, where an artificial waterfall (there placed where grade was square, with plastic basin before that) be had yelled at, so and goes out again later. Finally, there was then some information about the history of the mine and everyday work, the whole but also again exclusively tailored to children. After you are then some time bored confessed the legs in the belly, the presentation of the actual highlights - the range of the Selenite - looks rather rushed. Also over the underground lake has been one top pushed then pretty quickly. By the way, a few plastic animals were used in the. I can understand that families find the Selenite cave great kids are surely well be retard. I values only from the perspective of me & my friend.

  • Nice staff. Great leadership. Fantastic souvenir shop and a great gastronomy. There, all meals are prepared fresh and with love. Delicious and affordable food, but definitely not Fast Food! Top!

  • Super nice reception at the box office. It was made a quick implementation with us (2 adults + baby) at a discounted price. It was also interesting what was narrated. You have to see it.
