  • The Freiberg Castle occupies a dominant position in the urban fabric. It was built originally, au12eme century under margrave Otto, was transformed into a Renaissance Castle in the middle of the 16th century under the Prince elector Augustus. The Castle houses the Saxon mining archives as well as the mineral exhibition "terra mineralia". At Freiberg, do not miss a visit to the beautiful Gothic Cathedral

  • How I love it when all sleek, clear, understandable. A beautiful castle in which to be a pleasure. Yes and stroll around, popredstavlât′, lived in Germany people 100-200 years ago is also nice. Necessarily need to go to an exhibition of minerals.

  • Beautifully crafted Castle in Freiberg. Especially the exhibition Terra Mineralia is nicely done and interesting even for non mineral collectors. If you want to be trusted especially romantic civil in the rose room. The Castle Café offers quiet places to relax in the large courtyard. In the summer there are concerts and evening programs here.
