  • The history of glass in this museum begins in Mesopotamia in the today's Iraq. This is already times very beautiful vividly depicted. It is a State of the Art Museum, which receives us there. The origins of glassmaking in the Bavarian forest are also represented, such as trade, the competition with the high-quality Venetian glass - but also as the "Waldler" again and again at new world regions, new "disruptive" changes in the world automotive market had to adapt and have adapted. Also the Industrialiserung is very well represented. In addition to the story, but also the artistic glass objects from all periods and many different countries don't miss out.

  • Great made exhibition. Different aspects are used to convey the theme of GLASS: history over thousands of years, effects of political events also over the millennia and centuries, raw materials and processing, local glassworks with its people, families and individual constructions.
