  • Probably the most beautiful botanic garden in Frankfurt. If you're a fan of roses, rhododendrons and rare species from all around the world, this is the place for you. Many permanent and temporary exhibits and a large greenhouse complex showing different biospheres from the world will keep you busy exploring all day long. Also great for kids with several recreational and educational areas.
  • Great park, very organized, all species of plants, flowers and trees are taged so you can identify them. There's a little lake where you can rent a boat and just spend some time observing your surroundings from the quietness of the lake. There are fish, ducks and even some fearless geese that will come up to the boat and try to steal your food or anything resembling food. There's also a man-made mini waterfall near another lake, a mini express train that goes all the way up to the far end of the park, plenty of shaded areas where you can rest and public toilets are available throughout the park free of charge. Tickets to the park itself cost 7€.
  • Still pretty awesome even after all these years. They rotate out exhibits (like the rose gardens and the Neophyte exhibit) and continue to make it a pleasant visit with concerts around the main fountain, etc.
  • beautiful place. well organised. with a lot of things to see for all age groups
  • During winter season all the pretty flowers are not blooming. Even though I didn't get to see the pretty flowers'.. it's pretty cool what they've done inside the greenhouses. Different types of climates and there beautiful trees and plants. I was surprised to see that there are fish and birds. I would recommend to go during blooming season and not peak of winter.
