A Great Place to SHOP, and eat... So many things to see... from all over the world... It is hard to resist buying something... There are many Great Places to eat this multi level shopping center as well....

The mall has very impressive architecture and looks really nice. You can find anything you are looking including several big brands. There is also a food corner with delicious options for every taste. During Christmas the decorations make it even more beautiful.

This is a nice shopping, hanging out, and just walk around place. However, Alex, a restaurant inside though food was acceptable the service was not that great. Especially for an American customer, this would be rated an hostile service. Took too long to take orders, way too stern for a server who could use a bit of a smile. Unless very hungry and there is no other place to go, I wouldn’t go back to Alex. The shopping center is pristine though.

The stores are nice, the bathrooms are actually super fancy, and the food court is decent. It's probably Frankfurts most popular shopping mall and for good reason. The fact that it's located right in the city center makes it a very convenient starting point for any shopping trip.

Crowded, and also the elevator is almost always full. People are rude and they never give priority to families with babies (especially with strollers) and you have to wait for so long until you use the elevator to go to restrooms whereas there are escalators which people can use. They simply don't. However, there is even a direct escalator to the food court floor. The management should organize this and "teach" visitors that they should apply positive discrimination towards families with babies and let them use the elevators first. When there is no security personnel near the elevators and warn those rude people, those people will never let families use the elevators. Pity. You really should do something about this situation.
