  • The house itself reminds German expressionism. You feel you are in "Dr. Caligari's cabinet". When I visited I saw a videoart that broke me in full catharsis. Great exhibition of contemporary art.
  • It is too horrendous to go into detail. Easily the worst museum experience in my life, and I appreciate modern and contemporary art! A complete waste of money and time!
  • Awesome inner architecture of the museum. I like the exhibition and how you made video-art rooms.
  • Beautiful modern building. Added to my list for a visit next time I’ll be in Frankfurt.
  • Ridiculously brazen, laughable, and a wasted opportunity - despite it being free for me. Yes, Art is subjective. That isn’t an excuse for the lacklustre curation. It lacks character, quality, diversity, appeal and relevance. Looking at other cities and their modern art museum equivalents renders ours as an utter embarrassment in its totality. They desperately need a new director who is aware of the times and is intrinsically interested in keeping art interesting; art shouldn’t have to be a punishment. Also, the “free” ticket to the Zollamt-museum is an extension of their ignorance towards their vocation and proof of their incompetence. Being from Frankfurt, it angers me that they can get away with such a weak museum. Money aside, save yourselves the time until they get their act together.
