  • The Liebieghaus is a museum to the city of Frankfurt can be proud: one does not often have a such a broad collection of sculptures. Currently, there are also the exhibition "Doubtful", which explains the history of certain exhibits ("looted art"). Not a very simple theme, but I think they have prepared it quite well. The building alone as the small park and of course the Café is also worth a visit. If one is in Frankfurt, one should look at the Liebieghaus, anyway.

  • I initially went in to view the Riemenschneider but was also drawn to their other sculptures. A truly remarkable museum. Parking (limited) available on streets.  more »

  • A museum dedicated to sculpture. Had an awesome Athens exhibition when I was there, but also a permanent exhibit. It isn't huge, but some gorgeous works of art there nonetheless. The gardens are also beautiful.
  • Great museum about Greek history; I learned a lot. Though as an american visiting Germany, I wish I had known of the huge European art museum down the street with historically famous European art.
  • I love sculpture so much. As I recall, this museum was quite small though.
  • Very good museum, don't miss it if you are in Frankfurt. The café is also very nice to have a coffee or something to eat in a great atmosphere.
  • I didn't have time to go look inside, but the building and the sculptures in the garden are already worth visiting if you're passing by.
