  • The tower is accessible in the middle of the Greens and really fast too with the bicycle aufjedenfall to enjoy a nice goal to have views of the city center. I'm just in time come the little kiosk had closed the bike arrived point from below the wooden construction is really impressive, when one is up but right now you can see also the wonderful panorama. Little steps can be achieved with 0 or dating here a lot. Be sure to do.

  • a tower built entirely out of wood which formally catered to the rising! Several hundred levels, well accessible. The climb is worth: beautiful views over Frankfurt city forest and especially airport. To the Taunus and Odenwald and all for FREE!

  • Why the tower is named after the poet could explain none until today. The tower is a replica of a Roman watchtower. This was at some distance from the main camp. If so enemies or friends came this was given by signal on the main camp. It has an excellent view of this tower and can look to the airport. At the foot of the tower is a wonderful Guest House. There's homemade cakes and snacks. Ideal for families with children.

  • Insider tip: Avoid the main tower, go to the goethe turm for a great view and it costs nothing
  • fantastic place to spend time with kids. I would give 5 stars but very noisy planes taking off from near by airport are really annoying
  • Tolle Aussicht
  • Wonderful view of the city and surroundings.
  • The best viewing point in the whole city. Free entrance.
