Newly renovated! Producers and artists the glass mosaic on the façade is designed for design, Hermann Schardt, by the Director of the Folkwang-Hochschule, as well as by the Bavarian court art school in Munich. The figure of the miners created Adolf Wamper, Professor of the Folkwang Hochschule. • For visitors and also for Essen it is always nice to hear the glockenspiel. It recalls eating mining culture and always ensures a short pause in everyday life

  • Looks nice, but at this time it's not working. In the shop it belongs to I was told it would be fixed (sometime). Still nice to look at.
  • Undoubtedly a landmark in Essen! How many times have I as a young child before stood and listened to the bells on the hour? The little show is just great and is still big and small. Anyway just in case paying attention to the valuables. ☺️

  • When visiting the city you can hear always the distinctive melody. As a child had to be stopped before the Bell game. Is worth a visit
