Experience ecosystems ranging from the tropical to the pre-Alpine at Botanischer Garten, an oasis of glass houses with plants, insects, and reptiles from around the world. Each is home to a different climate. In the tropicarium, more than 2,000 species of endangered orchids cover the jungle plants, as red-eared terrapins sun themselves on logs. Other houses recreate the arid plains of Madagascar, the spiky cactus-filled Mexican desert, and lush, watery, lowland tropics filled with water lilies and butterflies. Another is dedicated solely to carnivorous plants. Don't forget to grab an audio guide, which provides in-depth explanations of significant plants in German and English. Round out your visit with a relaxing walk through the arboretum, the rhododendrons, and fern gorge. Stop to rest in the ancient grains area, as the soothing aromas of fresh spices wash over you. • In the summer, it's really great and beautiful here. Can you pretty relax and relax and even hide from all the people. :-) Absolutely worth seeing!

  • The botanical garden invites to a free walk. You're on small paths through groves and greenhouses. Some parts of the Park are beautiful, others seem very dark and savaged. The Koibecken and the cacti, however, are very nice to look at. In addition, each plant is well signposted/named.

  • No matter whether with friends or a moto3 day alone, a visit puts visitors in the greenhouses is in a different climate zone.
