Pullman City, Eging am See

This entertainment park is based around a fictional town in the American West between the years 1740 and 1880, complete with period buildings, clothing, crafts, and more. Catch one of the scheduled performances, including free-running bison, knife throwing, lassoing, and magicians. Children can enjoy the Little Pullman adventure playground and Adventure Trail. Stop for a bite to eat in one of the many onsite restaurants, such as the Steakhouse or Cantina Mexicana. • Arrived with our sports club with two breasts to the Christmas market. The whole venue is very impressive. But also food, service, price and the atmosphere were top. Mostly some rate only if they were dissatisfied with something. Therefore, we give full five stars because this park is really just recommended. Offers us already on your next trip! Way to go!

  • The Christmas market is worth a visit for young and old in any case. The ambience is style and beautifully prepared and the shows are entertaining and well done. Children eye people is guaranteed. Unfortunately, the arrival and departure is a disaster. We have five arrived on the Saturday 09.12 shortly before 14:00 with a car there. The road to the car park entrance was a single snake and although were still around 30-40% of the parking lot we were sent to Lake 3.8 km away and asked to ride the shuttle. There are about 50 people waiting for the bus. Unclear way, two come to bring 8 persons buses every 20 minutes to the guests to the site. Everyone can imagine probably how funny it is with young children, to stand at temperatures around the freezing point and wind in line and wait for the next bus. It took many to long and they went again. After about an hour and a snake by now approximately 110 people we were then in the series. But then it becomes clear that this can not even go to the grounds because there has become even more chaos and the stations can no longer be approached. So walk between the lines of cars through to the entrance. The rebuke at the cash register at the entrance is studiously ignored and trying to forget the bad mood and to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere. In the evening, almost everything was forgotten, the disappointment is even greater. We pointed asked where we should wait on the shuttle bus and were at the exit left from the exit with a wait of about 10 minutes. Should the bus is not coming, would we please continue up, go waving the bus contrary to and in between jump, because he apparently does not come through. Arrived at the station are about 30 people already 45 minutes waiting for a bus. So we went out to meet up the bus at the entrance. In passing I was done at the box office with the words, that this not the problem of the Pullman City team was there and nothing they could do. Very weak, in the age of cell phones! When we then, so approx. counter went 17:30 always still steadily driving car line to the parking lot and, chaos seemed, to have become more not less. The parking attendant have then referred us to the regular bus stop and said there we should wait. After another half hour in which we have observed that buses came though and people halfway unloaded, but could not penetrate to the bus stop, we have run against these buses, but were not included. Consider still the minibuses drove it and they drove back empty to the Lake to get other people. When we arrived at the main road then almost nobody took us, we have decided to go flow. Not only we were pretty mad, in our group, some other guests with same experiences and State of mind went. Just imagine again as it is with tired children and older people in these weather conditions of along the main street have to go largely without walkway or appropriate clothing (vest etc.) in the dark. Fortunately, a guest house where I could let my family go and proceed to the car itself is in the first third of the route. While I walked the 3.8 km back to the car has the 8 bus (empty) twice overtaken me and not taken despite waving. Arrived at the Lake were always still about 100 people who were going to the event. I'm saying there is good luck. Some of the people with which we spoke in the wake of these incidents want to do to themselves no more time and definitely will not come back. I assume that this will entail a strong negative criticism, although it would be easy to cope with some organizational skills and flexibility. I want to operate not only negative criticism, but am willing to offer a few suggestions. (1) for example, I would lay down the access to the large parking lot at such events to minimize the congestion on the roads. 2) from the upper road would I that is passable only for Showmen, buses and shuttles make a one-way street. (3) the parking attendant I would let include cars, so they know how full it is. 4) when the parking lot is full I would send the car to the Lake on signs along the main street. (5) I would take on such days with at least 20 seater buses and may keep the small at peak times via mobile phone is in the standby to intercept larger mass. All would be made, the guests at the stops could be included, and most would have no reason to complain about. In the interest of the Pullman City team's would I train some staff in dealing with complaints and more to this endeavour. Negative criticism of this kind would be unnecessary in a such a beautiful event, and nothing in the way would be a steady influx of visitors. Please think about words from me and my peers.
