  • In the middle of the very nice district of Benrath, this castle and Castle Gardens is a good target for an afternoon. In particular the castle garden invites for chönen walks.

  • A good place for running, hiking and outdoor entertainment, you can also find lots of flower in autumn, or have a coffee outside. Love this place.
  • The palace is really beautiful, there was a tour but it was only German, the garden is really nice too.
  • nice place to do a sunny day picnic but bit further out.
  • Cute villa. Big park around.
  • A very poor experience for the international traveller. You can only go around the main house as part of an official tour which was only available in german. An english 1 side A4 information sheet was available of very very poor quality. It was badly photocopied and gave virtually no information about what was of interest in the rooms. No english audio available (which is a very easy thing to provide and available in most european cities for their major tourist highlights). If Dusseldorf expects to attract the international weekend tourists it must do a lot better. The palace is beautiful - pity the tour was so poor.
