  • A great view if the Rhine, but that's about it. There are several bars (under canvass) along the promenade, but they are open in the front, so many of the patrons appeared to be cold. River cruise ships float past every now and then, as do commercial barges. Overall, it's a fairly drab and uninteresting place.
  • You will miss completely the real charm of Dusseldorf, if you miss the walk here. After having a good view of river and old town, if you feel thirsty, enjoy Alt beer which is all around you (yes you are in the longest bar of the world)
  • I like this place. Rein is amazing and people here are so smiley☺
  • Do not miss this place if you are in Düsseldorf. Walk in old city and across river bank is memorable event
  • Interesting place with bars and restaurants just near of Rhein river
