Tiger & Turtle - Magic Mountain, Duisburg
(4/5 based on 190+ reviews on the web)
Skip riding a roller coaster, and instead try the unusual experience of walking one with Tiger & Turtle - Magic Mountain, an interactive, 220 m (722 ft) sculpture. You'll follow all its turns and curves (without having to walk upside down for the looped portion!). The walk provides superb views of the surrounding area, so bring your camera. Nearby benches allow plenty of time to contemplate the somewhat surreal architecture. A visit to Tiger & Turtle - Magic Mountain represents just the start of the adventure when you use our Duisburg tour planner to plot your vacation.

  • The place is easy to find and parking is also nearby. You have to get up a small mountain but not exhausting. There is though no toilets and no way to eat but thats not important. Once in the dark along the steps to go and experience - a highlight the atmosphere! Perfect for photographers and couples.

  • We rode our bikes past this place and decided to stop. It's a neat sight - like a roller coaster of stairs. You can clime, get a nice view from the top and take pictures. When we were there there was ...  more »
  • Greco in the flat land atop a small hill, very impressive construction. But is not for people with a fear of heights. Unfortunately, all the stages from gratings are built. So the one at the sometimes quite steep on or descents again must stare down.

  • Amazing piece of architecture which you can walk around, its beautiful in the area and a great walk up so you can see the whole valley area.
  • Interessant für groß und Klein, zu sehen und zu begehen. Auf einer alten Halde errichtet, führt ein spiralförmiger Weg den Hügel hinauf. Danach ist die Konstruktion aus Metall fast vollständig begehbar.
  • Nice thing to see is you're nearby.
  • Super interressant !
  • Awesome 😍
