  • An experience with the wolves! Since we had booked two nights, we had a whole day time to observe the animals measured at the respective time of day. Photography was very easy thanks to the photo flap. We took wonderful pictures. The staff was friendly and helpful beyond measure. At breakfast you entered into immediately on my vegan diet, although I that previously not had requested. That's what I call flexible. We had rented the tree house 1. Because the tree houses according to description for up to four people are created, we assumed, that there are two rooms for sleeping (double bed, sofa bed, folding bed). The disappointment was great, because it only a quite small room a double bed was, in which stood a table with three chairs. Luckily, we were only two of us! And still had a problem: we can not sleep in a bed, because we very restless sleep. In a room it is problematic (who first falls asleep and snores, won). We have made several attempts to introduce us, we in this room four persons can sleep and live (especially in winter). The view from the panoramic window on the Geheg was of course can't be beat and we could always see 'our' wolves. For late risers, caution is advised: already the groups howling went off between five and six in the morning and lasted several hours... All in all it was worth, even if I was the loser in the first night and the second I slept in the bathroom on the mattress on the floor. Willi Batzer, Speyer

  • Who is interested in wolves, I can recommend it only, pay a visit to the Wolf Center! If there is you should join one of the guided tours most definitely, that are very rewarding and represent - the oldest brings it on proud 13 years and is already a blind eye - so the animals, as they are, without exaggeration in one direction or the other. And last but not least: there is something delicious in the restaurant on the premises to eat!

  • Yes, which is not to have, for the ridiculously low price admission and the Wolf's embrace of small groups certainly not, however, the information and the guides are simply outstanding. All proceeds benefit the maintenance of the Center as father, nothing will give city for this. Maximum is an overnight stay in the tree house directly from the wolves.

  • We got in 2 for the price of 1. Thank goodness because 25€ for 2 people at regular price is just way too much! You see a few medium sized runs with a few really bored looking animals. We waited over an hour for the guided tour and it was way too long. The tour lasts an hour and the woman giving it was boring. The people with children left the tour before it was over because the kids were getting antsy. Smaller groups more often and not so drawn out would be more productive for the visitors. The tree hotel looks neat, but the prices are only for people who just won the lotto. Restaurant was the normal canteen food that you get at these places!
  • We made a trip with 4 children fire brigades in the Wolf Center. The advance organization was perfectly terrific pages of the Wolf Center, the leadership and we have looked at many enthusiastic children and caregivers eyes. One does not notice that the job for the employees there just any job is, the topic of Wolf is lived there! Please make absolutely keep it! We were definitely not the last time with you!

  • We were for a night in a tree house in the middle of the Wolf Center and are thrilled! It was incredibly beautiful, so close to see the wolves and remains unforgettable, also, that we were woken in the morning by the Wolf howls. When you experience something ever? The leadership including feeding of a pack was very impressive. We really liked the woman (biologist), which gave a huge and profound knowledge on the topic of Wolf. She could answer any question and the differentiated responses were just great! The long journey across the Republic was worth anyway! I'm glad that there are people who are so involved and with realization of a dream, and many others that take part. We have learned very much about wolves and will share this also. Just class!

  • We were there the first time and liked us very well. The facility is very nice. We recommend you to warranty. But I have a point of criticism. Almost all guests go into the restaurant to eat and drink, almost all buy souvenirs, we of course also, since I find not so great 10 for the photo flap. Would be good if it were free. MFG A.Hassni
