• ...interessiert probably barely a tourist. This is very important, because this is the place or location, which is part of the historic sites and buildings. Also, the old town hall was formerly known as Schoolhouse used, but now the beautiful and informative Museum is located there. Also the tourism information is out there, I recommend everyone up there the flyer > tour < to pick up, it is important for the guest. Also the old fountain, at the old town hall square, as well as the historic building is very nice. The Museum is open on all days of the year, from 10°° am to 17 ° ° watch. Unfortunately the pictures are stored here for the Museum are not suitable at all, they show any motives of Dinkelsbühl, but nothing from the Museum.

• We entered the town by this gate - and so doing sets the mood. The work is impressive and evt. restorations have been done very well. A must see!
• Admission is five euros. At the entrance to the Museum instead of sliding doors you are greeted by spreading shape guards two halberds. Original! Nowhere to be seen. The Museum of the history of works in Dinkelsbuehl/all year round. For a small town quite unusual. Most often in such cities in winter history museums of the city are closed. For technical reasons. May heating too expensive and salaries of city finance does not want, because tourists out of season in such muzâh very very little. And maybe heating does harm to exhibits. I don't know exactly. Here everything is different. On the last floor model fortifications of the city. Do not forget to walk. In the General Exposition Center-thirty years ' war 1618-1648. It is everywhere in these places bucked the wealth of trade and artisan towns and for centuries kept these towns in sleeping and poor provincial life. On the streets of these cities were grazing cattle and sheep, and the inhabitants of the towns walls have fed outside. From this sleep small towns began to leave in just half a century ago. So the thirty years ' war is the main fatal force in history and Dinkel′sbûlâ, and Rothenburg, and Ulm and all the other now-flourishing tourist magnets. Much more fatal than the last world. Of the civil strife and wars in the Museum tells the colorful and detailed. There are weapons, portraits of the major persons, other stunning authenticity of things. As always, adorable portraits written for wealthy city dwellers to order. Of course, in German. English a little. But that's not the point. Nobody because tourists don't visit these museums for a long time to study carefully the history of the city. It is important to visit. See and feel. Spirit. Authenticity. Ceilings. Doors. Wall. Furniture. Weapons. The distant call of military trumpets and thunder of drums. While you'll pass several storeys and at least five minutes in each room zaderžiš′sâ, quietly traveled an hour and a half. And that's good. Breathing vintage air and swallowing some of its colorful and vibrant material images, you will go to the old town of Dinkelsbühl enriched and go drink a coffee or a beer.
