  • At 3 Euros each, this visit was well worth it. We were fortunate to have a bright sunny Sunday and it wasn't too crowded. The views were superb.  more »
  • There is not much more I can say that hasn't been said already. The views are fantastic and offer a different perspective on the Dom and river. Elevator access and cheap entry.  more »
  • Great little spot to start and take pictures. Also a cafe that attaches to the hotel it's a nice place to stop and grab a bite  more »

  • Cheap tickets (around 2 euro or so) to go up to see the panorama of Cologne. On the glass of each side you will see images of most popular Cologne buildings. Good idea to start you acquaintance with city from this place (after Cologne Dom of course).
  • Where is the best spot for a panorama of Cologne? This would be it. The view was amazing and to add to the fun, outlines of iconic Cologne buildings and landmarks were imprinted into the safety glass panes for observers to find and overlay them. If you are looking for the ultimate Cologne Cathedral shot from afar, then I guess this would be a tremendous help. Or if you are looking for time to kill, then why not drop in for a view? Otherwise I believe this would not interest most visitors.
  • A place to visit if you want to enjoy a beautiful vue of all the city center. Open until 23h00. If you are photographer, don't forget to take your camera, a tripod and your command if you planning to visit it on the evening. The price is 3,5€ by person for unlimited time at the top. Only regrets, there is no bench to sit.
  • Only 3euro to have a very good 360degree view of the city. Recommended.
  • I love to 'climb on' Observatory Decks. If there is no any, then I'd climb those endless steps on a Church/Cathedral Towers. Been to one of the Tower of Cologne Cathedral about 10 years ago n longed to view the skyline of this wonderful city. The dream came true last Weekend as my loved ones n I were accidently saw an Ad in front of this buliding. I was impressed. Splendid 360° vies, very reasonable Entrance Fee, friendly staffs and it wasnt packed n crowded at all. Surely tourist'd rather visit the Cathderal n take the over 300 Steps up to the tower but it was narrow n wasnt that convy. Furthermore, you could reach this venue within 15 mins Walking range from the Cathedral n Main Train Station over the pretty Hohenzollerbridge. I could imagine how more cozy and attractive this observatory deck would be if the have Spots to sit around and enjoy some Coffee like at most of fame TV Towers Observatory Deck. Plus if only their glass wall was half so high my compact pocket camera would capture much better pix.
