  • The Cologne City Museum was formerly the armoury of the city. On the ground floor shows the history of Cologne from the Middle Ages until today. During the tour you can see typical ausKöln, the Carnival, but also much of the Otto Kamson, motor and Ford. On the upper floor, you can learn much about middle-class and the city from the late period of the Middle Ages until the 20th century. A beautiful exhibition us very well built.

  • Is very interesting to see what everything in the Cologne city history has given it so and is also great to explain.

  • At any case good place to visit if you want to better know Cologne. Unfortunately all labels are only in German. Though stuff speaks English. No audio guide in Russian. The one in English is of very low quality. Don't forget to take 2 euro or 50 cents with you to lock your stuff (you not allowed to take your backpacks with you).
  • Good starting point to learn about Köln history. English friendly.
  • Learn about the history of Cologne. Very nice museum.
  • I really learned a lot about Köln. They have headsets so you can hear some of the captions in languages other than German if you don't speak German.
  • Great presentation of this history of the city - even if you go in the wrong direction! Well worth a visit.
