  • The Cologne Zoo is worth a trip. The whole day can be spent there. Habitat and animals very well. Food and drinks some overpriced but a wide selection. When bad weather into the Aquarium.

  • We started the tour by the aquarium, we discovered a wonderful fish, sea horses, reptiles, turtles and frogs from great aquariums. In the Zoo animals have room, you wander alleys Green is very nice and all in the outskirts of Cologne

  • This zoo is one the best I have been. The maintenance of the park and the animal areas was perfect. The variety of the species is wide. There are kiosks in many places inside and outside for refreshments and food. However, it would be very good if they could set up some drinking water fountains.
  • A very nice city zoo. It has a nice collection of rare Animals and some interesting new habitats (hippodrome). Only the Aquarium was a bit disappointing.
  • Looks small when you walk in but as you go further you realise the size. Has every kind of animal you could want to see & in cold winter weather being able to go into the warm 'houses' to see the animals is nice. Animals are kept in creative enclosures to make viewing an optimal experience. At €17.50 entrance fee for adults and €12 for students it's great value as this will get you into the zoo which will take a few hours to look around and also the aquarium. It's entrance is located right beside the train line making it easy to get to. Absolutely no complaints. Would however recommend going early to have the best experience as many of the 'houses' close around 16.30.
  • Nice zoo with well thought out spaces.
  • A nice zoo. The animals are easy to see and it is big enough that it takes hours to see everything.
