  • Very well preserved castle with a fantastic view on the Moselle. Tonight we participate in a Knight's banquets, 90 people at the price of currently € 48. We are housed in the castle hotel - which must be avoid. Better at minus 10 degrees below the nearby bridge like to stay.

  • Only the location of the castle is already awesome. High above the town of Cochem, situated with great views of the Moselle Valley and the city. Is easy to get tickets and a guided tour but on the weekend, you have to have some patience, because the crowd is very large. But, is worth the wait. The castle is inside and outside very worth seeing. There are guided tours in various languages. One has also to make time for photos. So it is worth to look at the Reichsburg Cochem.

  • I have been on this castle the second time and was the first time a tour. Normally I like no guided tours, but here I make an exception. It was wonderful and funny. We had a very friendly guide that very scharmand told US the Castle. Thanks to this place! Also the price was absolutely perfect. 6 euro's are W' to become ert Hispan.

  • Beautiful well maintained Castle. Well worth spending €6. Keep in mind you can only see the castle with a guided tour.
  • Felt like a princess :D 👑👗 and the guide over there had the ability to speak in so many different languages and he was so nice to everyone .. it was a really nice tour !
  • Beautiful Castle and a beautiful city as well. The tour to the castle can be a little to fast but it's worth taking it. The food at the cafe was delicious.
  • Such a beautiful castle with an amazing guided tour! The history in this place was something to experience. It takes you back to a time long past.
  • We hit this place upon our bicycle tour July 2010. We went down the Mosel valley from Trier, heading for Koblenz. A wonderful ride. We have seen this castle long in advance... Good to see an old historical place.
