  • First of all: This museum is by far one of the best I ever was. Any defects or criticisms invaded me at all. All the information about the history of mankind (with a small focus on Saxony) presented here modern with all available means. Info-graphics, movies, interviews, animations, interactive games - here there is never a dull moment. The length of stay varies here to interest: you can "only" 2-3 hours but also loose 4-5 hour amount. I would in any case still lingers and really read through everything. The building impresses above all by the modern design. Visitors to Chemnitz I urge a visit to this museum. If you are interested in archaeology, arriving here at his own expense.

  • We were there before. For children from 5 years until suitable in adulthood, exciting Museum.

  • A true gem, one of the best museums I have ever visited. The design mixes perfectly mixing modern architecture with ancient relicts. We were guided in a fantastic journey through the life and culture of prehistoric local populations and up to modern times. A must-see in Chemnitz.
  • tolles Museum. Der Familienpass wird akzeptiert
  • The Museum offers just for eye and is thus very tiring. The way of working in excavations and research would be nice some more to illuminate. A hands-on excavation field for the visitors would loosen up the atmosphere.
