  • ... and a beautiful steam engine! The Museum is worth a visit, especially when the highlight (steam engine) in full action is ;-)

  • The Museum gives a short but interesting made overview of industrial development in Saxony.

  • The Museum has its own free parking lot and is easily accessible with public transport. The ticket prices are acceptable (adults 7 euro, children up to 6 years free). There are free lockers. The range of exhibits is wide and reflects the Saxon industrial history. Also you will find modern exhibits such as a welding robot. Very nice we liked the modern, bright and friendly building. Children should be 4 years old for a visit. Only small criticisms: the caption of the exhibits could be clearly detailed. Unfortunately, there is no gastronomic offer (only automatic machine for coffee and soup). The bottom line is worth a visit!

  • One of the best attractions in Chemnitz. Due to the ever-changing exhibitions, the visit worthwhile here again and again.

  • It is also a nice venue.

  • Excellent exhibition, modern furnishings and many possibilities to be itself active. Unfortunately, some technical problems to complain about (touch screen not responding) were during my visit
