  • Suitable Super hike for all hikers, the really challenging pace. There are numerous hiking trails within a radius of a few kilometers. The roads and bridges are good and in bad weather you can enjoy the peace. The summer was really much going on there. There are various routes with different objectives. Would you recommend. In the Bühler Valley there are to strengthen various good restaurants for after the hike. I would recommend hotel "Grüner Baum" for a good meal.

  • We are on the road every 2 weeks with the family group by the Schwarzwaldverein and this time it went along the Gertelbachwasserfälle. A great varied hike that is fun and children. It crosses the waterfall stones, stairs and bridges along up and therefore good Footwear is a prerequisite. The hike can be done even when it's hot because it runs mostly in the forest and it is there. On the way is also a guest house where you can do the rest.

  • The Gertelsbachwasserfälle are seeing and erwandernswert. You should be well on foot. This tour is not suitable for a Sunday stroll with full stomach of one of the numerous guest houses in the Bühler Valley. Surefootedness is paramount. Because it is not "only" via stairs, but mainly over rocks. The bridges have a round timber flooring, there is a risk of slipping in wet weather. The highlight is probably the hemp rope bridge, a narrow Board backed running by a hemp rope network - about the Gertelsbach. Walking time to the top is about 1 hour. You will pass on a well-developed resting hut, where you can take his (absolutely necessary) Vesper to. Once at the top runs one direction road to the Kniebis and traversed the recovery hotel, before going back into the forest. Before you can treat yourself views the recovery rocks is of course. Note Also Surefootedness and a head for heights is required. The upper trail runs through the forest to the Plättighotel bios. Then it's on the Lynx trail down to the coal mountain meadow. The Guest House can be returned, before the trail (yellow diamond) steeply goes down. An old Roman road. Again, slip resistance is important.
