Spend a day of adrenaline-pumping adventure at the famous Phantasialand. Opened as a family fun center in the 1960s, the park has transformed over the years to cater to the thrill-seeking clients with dozens of exciting rides. Ride through the Wild West on the Colorado Adventure rollercoaster and the River Quest rapid-river ride. Next, get spooked while walking through the haunted Mystery Castle. You'll find plenty of family-friendly attractions, restaurants, and accommodations, too. Try to arrive in the morning to avoid long lines and crowds. My girlfriend, our German friend & I all visited on October 26th. We arrived at 9am and left at 4pm, the queues for rides lasted around 15 minutes on average, apart from taron which was roughly 45 min... more »
An excellent amusement park filled with traditional oldies and brand new attractions. From small and funny places to visit to medium and exciting water rides and all the way to thrilling and breath taking fast train rides. Many restaurants and various facilities. Interesting shows almost ever half an hour. It's just a joy and pure fun for families and friends. Please be aware that different seasons have different shows and different attraction availability. The price is semi justified, as long as you actually spend a whole day there. Solo visitors might feel left out but would still find enough things to do.
Lovely theme park. Beautiful detailed buildings, good and affordable eating places, great rollercoasters and others attractions. Also the light parade and the fireworks in winter are amazing. It's definitely a place you won't visit only one time.
I am not one who can handle crazy rides, but this offered many different rides for both roller-coaster lovers and non-roller-coaster lovers. I went with my aunt, uncle and their kids and we all had a great time. I love that the various sections of the park are themed by country. Stunning amusement park, I would go back the next time I am in Europe!
It is a very nice place with fantastic attractions, the cause i give 4 stars is that when i was there most of the queues were out of the buildings, but when you were in the building there were waiting places closed while it was very cold outside. Overall was it a great day but make sure if you want to do many attractions you don't visit it on crowded day
Really nice park. We were staying in hotel Matamba for 2 days. After closing time we could enjoy the Taron. I only forgot my camera which was in the locker. But they closed that part of the park. It was no problem, with the owner of the park, I finally got it in the end. And had a really nice conversation. He really cares about his staff and the park.
