  • The overseas Museum is located right next to the train station, and when one is in Bremen, a visit should be here on the compulsory program. Admission for the exhibition is €7.50 for adults and from our point of view worth every penny. Also an audioguide is offered, so that you can get more information about the exhibition. The detailed and appealing information on the respective exhibits sufficient us however. On the ground floor, you then starts his world tour in Oceania and Asia and it is packed by a certain wanderlust, to visit the other country in Natura. One lands in Africa on the 1st floor, there's also a small coffee corner, where you can get various hot drinks for €2 (self service). On the 2nd floor of the continent of America is then presented very vividly, what can I say here, you must have seen this museum. We have detained us good 2.5 hours here, you can extend the visit with security also on 3,5-4 hours. In addition there is also a special exhibition, that would have been now too much of the good for us in one day, one visit renewed an option but with security.

  • This museum next to the Hauptbahnhof is located in a huge building where, by the outbreak of a number of floors, voids are created which is a large surface. At the checkout a surprise, which belonged to a different era: you can not pins under 10 Euro. Little more with the times Ubersee Museum. There is no map or audio tour offered and it felt a bit like: red you. That we were happy. The title of this review is "difficult to classify" and that's because you can't really see on what idea the museum is based. You could say an anthropological world museum. Then it is clear that the maker had his preferences. Papua New Guinea's great represented. What a collection! Also about China is widely exhibited. But about the North American First Nations is very little. All in all definitely a nice collection, where a fake sea aquarium really does not fit. It's a real collections museum, interesting for young and old, where you're sure to half a day, so no longer can rummage around. I come back on the front desk. The receptionist had no monopoly the kindness. The way in which a man was treated, which refers to a hotel near the station was looking for, was shocking. Such a response did you rather against behind the iron curtain. That may well be different!

  • A great Museum which also carries out a new very interesting topic. Already, the building with the imposing Hall is worth a visit.

  • A must see in Bremen. I so was surprised how great it is.
  • Enjoyed the "What makes the world go round”, expo with interactive stations inviting us to question our own role within the global game.
  • A lot of exhibits that widely ranged from around the globe.
  • The museum's collection and layout is incoherent and not so interesting. Many subjects are incomplete and very basic. You can think about a display of nokia phones. Also, many of the 'interactive' parts are broken or do not work. This includes almost all buttons on subjects and computers.
  • Very interesting exhibits, needs some time to explore
