  • I spent the better part of an afternoon in the Kunsthalle. It is a very nice art gallery. I was very pleased with the permanent collection. The contemporary display wasn't quite to my taste, but these...  read more »
  • Alone, what here hangs on French painting of the 19th century, it's just a dream. And audio guide as well as details of the Hall are extremely informative and enriching.

  • Impressed with the numerous collections of great compositions of artistic madeness and authentic patience. Also the white-haired gentleman Curator was really benevolent and kind. I'm looking forward to go back there again someday.
  • I was just in the Canova restaurant back. It was very good! Tasty food, Nice location, nice service. It must be so.

  • I have visited some wonderful exhibitions, such as van Gogh or der blaue Reiter. Each time I was impressed by the works, as well as by the artistic concept of the respective presentations. :-)

  • The disappointing visit I had so far in a cultural institution. While I am convinced that the Kunsthalle in Bremen and in particular the special exhibition last year in Marienbad is worth a visit. Cards at full price were sold half an hour before closing the Hall us, without any regard to the imminent end of the day. The note on the externally mounted opening hours then but later is a nice attempt to deny any guilt, however a note for purchase of tickets would have been more appropriate. Neither vouchers for a return visit to the exhibition on another day, still an excuse were subsequently accorded us. Too bad that the Kunsthalle Bremen so sullied my positive impression of the Hanseatic City and had a nice afternoon unsatisfactory ending.

  • Featured exhibition, art from the 14th to the 21st century, the special exhibition of video art is interesting and tells two stories. We have spent our entire day there, was also second in the Museum restaurant (pleasant, good coffee & cocoa) and have very much enjoyed the visit.
