  • Wants you even look at the working conditions of the former miners at the silver mine, so worth a tour in the galleries. Here, much bent posture is announced - the helmet has absolute permission. I can unfortunately not make available images, because there is absolute prohibition of photo in the Gallery

  • As someone who often witnessed a mine - or even caves tour, I was very curious what one expects for a tourism concept here. To reach the mine via chairlift or a very steep walk. Back, there is also a summer toboggan run in dry weather. Something different! First of all you must dress up with blue coats and a helmet and I'm wondering whether it's now experiential education scam, or safety. Without a helmet, it would be actually really dangerous because it is indoors, sometimes right tight and quite low. Overall, no leisurely stroll but partly also something difficult and already back symphonic because here not a perfect rollatortauglicher trail has been tapped and authenticity is something kept. The Blue Coat for every visitor also makes sense, if one wants to become not dirty, quickly what happened at narrow and damp walls. What this shows is also the mining technique which is to marvel at with historical plants from times of electrification in addition to the historical preserved system of tunnels. If one imagines a Club of former miners, who receive loving the old machines in their spare time and (admittedly with little "secret" auxiliary engines) which then the leadership in several places imposing keep in movement, (correctly what for men...!) is presented. The young leader (holiday workers? with personal involvement) has done his thing well and probably can't help it that at the beginning of a part of the historic mine data from the tape were played, which I find quite stupid, because could which anyway don't care in this compact abundance and the Guide quite competently and loud talk. Laugh we must still, when we think of the place where the youthful leader demonstrated the compressed air rock drill and beautiful sympathy educational scared all the ohrenbeteubenden noise. Summed up: an exciting not to be commercially staged experience and a concept that somewhat unprofessional comes across between the demonstration of "quasi" still functioning machine technology and the mediation of the inhumane working conditions underground, also again very symphonic but what makes. Worth a visit for example when the hiking weather!

  • We were there in July 2015. At the foot of the mountain, there is a little bit to play. Earlier a beer garden and a small backhoe, swing, slide... The guided tour of the mountain was well done. Explanations and also times things have been tried, eg how loud the drill, such as working at that time was the system, etc. Small narrow canals made it interesting also for the kids.
