  • Enthralling Museum is there at the moment. This is to be taken literally. It is built around 2017. The show mine is however open and this is one of the highlights. The cage is super Simulator. Working underground is very vividly portrayed.

  • An interesting permanent exhibition with vivid dioramas, highly recommended special exhibitions. A visit of the shaft is almost mandatory! Highly recommended as a station of the "night of industrial heritage".

  • A visit to the mining museum was absolute duty as new Bochum. I was informed thoroughly of the backgrounds of the mining industry and the Ruhr area. I'm not going again on the next visit of my family in every case. :)

  • A museum not only to the watch but to the join. So you learn the story of the early life here in the Ruhr area playfully. Visit the groups without a reservation possible. The views of the the Headframe is the culmination of which is management looking over Bochum Museum to visit worth it.
