  • Arriving in the area where is located the cemetery found several Catholic Gothic cathedrals in the immediate vicinity. But when were on the territory of the cemetery, forgot about the account in time. Firstly, here still undergo the ceremony, secondly, some of the tombs date back to the 19 century. The atmosphere is soothing, but comfortable. Worth a stroll.

  • Weissensee Jewish Cemetery is considered the largest and most beautiful Jewish cemetery in Europe. The cemetery was opened at the end of the 19 century, and more than 100,000 Jews gained their last shelter. Is here and a memorial monument to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust, which no less-6 million. That's still interesting-visit cemetery with an electronic guide, which is available for download on the site of the cemetery. Although, of course, to visit such places is always very sad, but because of an amateur.
