  • Had been to the concert at the Spandau Citadel. It's a super place for open airs. Combines art, culture and history, what if you want more. The sound was great and the mood left out. You again.

  • The frenzied Castle. The Metro station was going to walk to the moment the car trades of the past. A neat area. Calm. The tower was to rise and there was a great näkymöt. The history of the hum. 500-1000 yr old German Castle. It's worth a visit.

  • A great place for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the Centre of Berlin. The fortress is very interesting, there is a Museum, you can also climb to the observation deck. Nearby there are many establishments for lunch/dinner.

  • One of the oldest buildings in Berlin, built in the way of Mideaval castles with aspect of modern history of the city. Impressive additional exhibits with nicely made walkways and easy to understand map. Also worth going up on the tower to get a great a view of Spandau.
  • We've been several times but never entered the museum. Visit the museum, because it's wonderful! Everything was well cared, we learned so much about the Citadel and Berlin! The workers at the big statues hall were very nice with us, explaining everything with detail. It was a very pleasant visit! Definitely a worth visit! The Citadel is one of my favorite spots in Berlin 😊
  • Beautiful citadel with a mote around it and where you can climb up the tower for a great city view. The citadel has a nice museum with some interesting archeological finds.
  • Awesome location, the museum has a lot of interesting artifacts and information. Not to mention that we accidentally stumbled across a jousing tournament/medieval fair going on in the central yard!
  • One of the oldest buildings in Berlin, visiting in December it was very quiet so I had the site almost to myself. Good museum at the start if the tour puts the fortress in context and briefly tells it's story. You can climb the Julius tower for views over the site to see the complex fortifications of the bastions, as well as walking along the walls.
