  • Not very known as tourist destinations, pleasing the way leading to the Castle, the castle was modernised internally, however are interesting museums, some weapons and crafts.

  • A really nice place for tourists. It gives you a good feeling of how living in the past must have been. The place has also some events during the year which are really great because of the surrounding scenery.
  • Coole Location für Konzerte so wie fpr Wochenendausflüge
  • Cool venue for concerts. Not really near anything else, so you can't buy anything at a späti before going in. Getting out at the end is slowed down by a little old bridge that everyone must cross over but can't have too many people on it at the same time.
  • A very authentic place which reminds me of the Midlle Ages. Very nice location and delicious food and drinks. I hope to visit the Zitadelle for a concert again.
  • Definitely worth a visit to Spandau. It's a bit off the tourist trail, but the older history of Berlin is here. We visited the week after Easter. Cost €4.50 entrance and definitely worth it. Look around the museum (stairs at the entrance) and go up the tower. But don't miss the museum of Spandau situated in the middle of the Citadel as if you do you will be missing a treat! Well worth wandering around and hoping in the buildings containing all the small workshops. We tried to do it in 2 hours, but you need double this to do the place justice.
