View contemporary art in a former air-raid bunker at Sammlung Boros - Boros Bunker - Boros Collection. The bunker was built by Nazi-forced labor in 1942, and over the decades it has been used as a prison, a warehouse, a nightclub, and a theater. After extensive renovations that ended in 2008, the building now houses the Boros collection of contemporary art, which includes sculptures, installations, and light performance pieces by some of Europe's most prolific artists working today. You can only visit the collection Thursday to Sunday as part of a private tour, which must be booked through the gallery's website. • Sprachgebräuchlich we should have called up 90s 50s also banana bunker the former Reichsbahn-bunker Friedrichstrasse in the. The reason - here the VEB "Fruit vegetables potatoes" dry and tropical fruit from Cuba was stored at East times. Because I can no longer remember very well but on the days when he hosted a techno Club. But that was many years ago... Today, the contemporary art collection is used here in a fancy setting family Boros in scene. Anything goes but without prior notification to a guided tour. Our art historian Lisa had a refreshing, comprehensive and unobtrusive way to bring us the exhibits. Thank you for that! Unfortunately the 1 1/2 hours flew by in the flights.

  • Very cool experience. In addition to being a cool space with predominantly interesting work, the docents are also extremely helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. Highly recommended.
  • While the collection is amazing and the tour worthwhile, I was about to cancel the tour because of the narrow mindness and lack of flexibility of the people who organize the tours. Make sure to book enough in advance as the special tours cost more than double and the exhibition loses its "gemeinnuetzigen Character" as it proclaims it has.
  • Just go on the website, book, (wait two months) and take the tour. It would be worth it even just for the building. The art collected by Boros in here is relevant and very interesting to explore.
  • Awesome place to be, one of my favourites to be in berlin!!! A place shouldn't be missed during ur berlin visit, but hv to book at least 2mths in advance...
  • This is a must visit in Berlin. You need to have a reservation because they only take batches of 12 people at a time. Great art in an iconic building.
