(4.4/5 based on 260+ reviews on the web)
View contemporary art in a former air-raid bunker at Sammlung Boros - Boros Bunker - Boros Collection. The bunker was built by Nazi-forced labor in 1942, and over the decades it has been used as a prison, a warehouse, a nightclub, and a theater. After extensive renovations that ended in 2008, the building now houses the Boros collection of contemporary art, which includes sculptures, installations, and light performance pieces by some of Europe's most prolific artists working today. You can only visit the collection Thursday to Sunday as part of a private tour, which must be booked through the gallery's website. • We saw the human snake, have asked, it was a day off. Door. The building itself is already worth a visit. But the current exhibition (No. 2) was very impressive. Crazy exhibits in the bunker it's staged. My recommendation: Go in absolutely (until end of Jan 2017).

  • Well, frankly, some of the works from the Boros, I wouldn't have in my living room. Besides, there wouldn't be the place! But here, it fits well with the décor. passionate and exciting tour.

  • Exciting place to visit - The few architectural changes made to the bunker works perfect with the art. Just to walk around is an experience.

  • Just go on the website, book, (wait two months) and take the tour. It would be worth it even just for the building. The art collected by Boros in here is relevant and very interesting to explore.
  • good place to exhibit arts. but the guide of this museum speak about art works too much to fell the modern art's power.
  • Very cool experience. In addition to being a cool space with predominantly interesting work, the docents are also extremely helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. Highly recommended.
  • This is a must visit in Berlin. You need to have a reservation because they only take batches of 12 people at a time. Great art in an iconic building.
  • A great contemporary art collection in a great location!
