  • The musical 'beyond the horizon' is a great staging on the Spielbudenplatz of the Reeperbahn with a great finale for Hamburg. The credo of Udo Lindenberg has resulted in a fantastic performance that impressed the audience. The musical is also a reappraisal of German history with all suffering and feelings related to the building of the wall and of the political systems. The history of Udo Lindenberg is impressively documented and considered with empathy. It is also an excellent musical performance with great and imaginative character representations.

  • Apart from the fact that this musical for us has a very special meaning, it's fun to watch the actors! Great cinema and good luck for Hamburg!

  • You must be no Udo Lindenberg fan to love this musical. The main character is not double, but authentic, to the history to which it goes, zuntransportieren. The story is even funny, thoughtful man, one learns much about the time of the cold war and the creation of the song "Girl from East Berlin". It has swept us away completely, the atmosphere was great, the actors also, it was emotional, we would go again if Berlin were not ready for us...
