  • East side Gallery is located across the road. Any renewal or around the arena was under construction. The building is great very stood out.

  • I can recommend the VIP sector with nice restaurants and bars. There is no queue and you can have a nice dinner there.  more »
  • Super staff, very friendly and obliging. Seats are sufficiently wide to comfortably enjoy the concert. Toilets are available in sufficient number on multiple levels. Drinks were allowed to be included in paper cups in the Hall.

  • Great Arena for big events. Tip: If you can don't bring any bags but if you have to bring one use a small one and not a bagpack. You usually can't keep any plastic bottles.
  • Like any other arena in the world. Nothing special but not bad for huge events. The sound could be better.
  • Great place. I visited the place as a performer, so I know better the stage and backstage than the services for public. Anyway, the staff is kind and helpful.
  • Good location, well structured, good safety checks, but if you park in the parking area its really expensive and you have to wait long to pay for it because there aren't to many parking machines.
  • Large arena with good seating, standing options. Arena is modern with a store for the Eisbaeren Hockey team on site. Lots of drink and food booths inside. Lines for ticket can be a bit confusing - if you have no purses or bags there is a faster lane for Entry.

Where to stay in Berlin

The Kreuzberg neighborhood near the Oberbaumbrüke bridge is central and full of Berlin icons: street art, a piece of the Berlin Wall, the East Side Gallery, and a proliferation of cafes. Friedrichshain is another option with a hip vibe due to the students who congregate at its cafes and galleries. Consider Mitte as a historic home base. Mitte is the area where almost all of Berlin's well-known buildings are located, and it is within walking distance of Alexanderplatz. For a peaceful residential area, try Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf where the streets are lined with boutiques and quiet coffee shops.
