  • The title should make it. As a benchmark, I now took the Hamburg railway. The airport has been completely listless then screwed. No apron lighting or edge markings. A lone plane pulls the rounds. The launching and landing are realized with a ramp. Well... because I think better the rod design in Hamburg. The car is absolutely unrealistic. Total overloaded with ICEs... but on a SBahn waiting for really long... when the Ringbahn was built not at all... the Alex around the streets are empty... too few cars... and everywhere site, everywhere was broke from visitors what, sometimes the bodies which were... not done and then as old interregios... What is this? Well... absolute recommendation not to go... is not worth the money

  • Very badly kept and quite dusty. We have visited the model railway in Hamburg and this is very poor by comparison. Quite a small exhibit and poorly maintained. Overpriced too, give it a miss.
  • This exhibit is housed on the 4th floor of shopping complex close to Alexandra Platz station (beware of pickpockets on the trains). It took two attempts to find it as it is poorly signed outside. We p...  more »

  • I loved this place. The creators have constructed a living and moving scale model of Berlin, featuring many trains, weather, lights that simulate the cycle of the day. If you look carefully, may of the street scenes feature activities like ambulances going to medical emergencies, zombies emerging from the graveyard, people watching an outdoor movie, and many more for the patient observer. There is also an airport, and an interesting display of what the area around the Berlin wall looked before, during, and after re-unification. fascinating stuff, and well worth the admission fee. To find Loxx, you will need to walk through the mall, and climb to the top level.
  • Unusual, not being a train enthusiast I didn't know what to expect really. However I found it interesting and was impressed at the scale achieved. Worth stopping by for 30mins as you walk through the nice mall below.
  • Well... if your 2 years old it's cool, but a real train and a live excavator is just as cool☺ If you been to miniatureworld in Hamburg. Loxx will make you say: this is expensive, the models look cheap and it's made by amatures.
  • Nice exterior design and good shoops
  • Expensive but worth it with small kids. Get the Berlin tourist card to obtain discounted tickets.
