  • We visited the Legoland Discovery Centre this morning and we were very dissatisfied. It’s all too small, and all too expensive. It’s just a waste of time. Use your Berlin time and money better.  more »
  • We were with our 2 year old daughter on a Sunday afternoon in the LEGOLAND Discovery. We were 30 minutes in line before us 4 other families. So really no reason it takes so long. Unfortunately, the cashier was alone and this not very competent and very slow. Inside is a huge noise. All the time a music humming to himself much too loud and penetrating... In addition to the sounds of other visitors so nor the Geplärre from the speaker: Impossible! Everything makes a run-down impression. Bacon, picked off etc. It worked, as would be constructed will. The total construction made no sense and it does everything very closely. Absolutely not to be recommended! And still completely overpriced for the offered price. Since it is very much better off in the Aquarium for a similar price!

  • A big wish of my child went to meet today. The price was reduced thanks to the seriously very affordable € 9 and accompanying person free. There is also elevator for wheelchair and we were able to use the rides, since my child an self-employed can disembark and can walk short distances. Otherwise, it would not be possible as a wheelchair, because of rules. Tonight to Monday it was also very quiet there luckily. Standing in a line, super. Actually I found absolutely that the building blocks of time need a cleaning. You look very dusty and grubby. Good thing we had our disinfectant ready ;-). For children, it is a nice game and fun area.

  • Great location, next to Sony center. If your kid loves lego you can spend half a day there. Keep in mind it gets very warm inside since it is underground. Attractions are entertaining. As an adult prepare to be so bored but the kids love it. All kids get a small gift. Worth going there.
  • Nice place. Quite a good number of activities to keep the kids engaged. If you are planning to spend entire day, then you can buy the activity book sold at the reception else it is a waste of money
  • Really good place for young children to play and invent. My children really enjoyed the laser ninja game and the ability to play at the indoor playground. It could be a bit cleaner- quite a bit of dust and grime on the lego sculptures. Overall, a great activity to spend a few hours as a family.
  • Good only for kids below 10. Only down side is its too dark inside and since its inbasement you dont feel fresh.. Dragon Ride has nothing in it. Limited activities to do. 4D show was good.
  • A very overpriced and boring attractions, giving 2 stars because my kids actually liked it. As a lego fan I found it the least bit creative and inspiring, it is basically a mediocre playground with limited things to do. You can only tell you are at the "race car " section because there are wheels thrown into the buckets of parts, otherwise it is just small tables with a ton of tiny pieces scattered around on the floor - at least you wear your shoes :))) unlike at home. Someone said in one of the reviews below that for the amount spent there it would have been better to just buy a big box of lego and built it at home, couldn't agree more!

Where to stay in Berlin

The Kreuzberg neighborhood near the Oberbaumbrüke bridge is central and full of Berlin icons: street art, a piece of the Berlin Wall, the East Side Gallery, and a proliferation of cafes. Friedrichshain is another option with a hip vibe due to the students who congregate at its cafes and galleries. Consider Mitte as a historic home base. Mitte is the area where almost all of Berlin's well-known buildings are located, and it is within walking distance of Alexanderplatz. For a peaceful residential area, try Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf where the streets are lined with boutiques and quiet coffee shops.
